DO YOU TREAT IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY?

Yes

There is no risk having a massage during the first trimester of of pregnancy (0-14 weeks). It can be highly beneficial in a time of changing hormones and fatigue.

I am fully insured to treat at all stages of pregnancy.

I HAVE MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS. CAN YOU TREAT ME?

I always recommend you check with your Doctor (or if pregnant, your midwife), especially if on medication for conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes. However, in the majority to cases it is safe to have a massage and soft tissue therapy can relieve a range of side effects.

I STRUGGLE TO FIND CHILDCARE. CAN MY BABY BE WITH ME?

Yes
Although it can be more relaxing to have a massage away from your children, I am very used to working around them! We can try to arrange a massage around nap times, but you can even feed babies on the massage couch and give kids lots of snacks.

HOW SOON AFTER BIRTH CAN I HAVE A MASSAGE?

FAQs: FAQ

You do not need to wait for your 6 week GP check.

After a vaginal birth I can treat you as soon as you want. If you are recovering from a Cesarean I would reccomend 2 weeks after birth. I can treat in different positions depending on what is comfortable for you.

I can also treat CS scar tissue, but not before 6 weeks postnatal.
